The ND OSHA Consultation Program is always voluntary, you can start the process with a formal letter, a telephone call to the department or a personal contact. Although you may request specific services to address particular concerns, and it is always your option to limit the scope of the consultation, it is usually in your best interest to opt for a comprehensive survey of your worksite.
